The RUSCONA Shine mobile application is software that works on mobile devices with the Android or iOS operating system with Internet access. Downloading the application is free. The costs associated with the Internet connection, which is required for the proper functioning of the application, through the personal Internet service provider are paid by the user.
When using the application, the user may not violate legal regulations, good morals, use the application for illegal purposes, infringe copyright and other intellectual property rights. The user is responsible for the secure storage of his access data.
All Day Digital s.r.o. is entitled to block access to the application at any time without giving reasons, especially in case of violation of the conditions of use of the mobile application. The application may contain hyperlinks, ie links to third party websites, with All Day Digital s.r.o. does not accept responsibility for the content or functionality of this site.
All Day Digital s.r.o. reserves the right to continuously update the functions of the application. For the correct operation of the application, it is necessary for the user to download and install such an update.
